Prescription Verification Process

LolaDiva cares about our customers' health. According to the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), any contact lens seller has the responsibility to verify the customer's prescription before selling the lenses.

How Does The Process Work?

Please provide your prescription during checkout or via email. We will verify it promptly and ship your order as soon as verification is complete.

1. Submit The Copy

To start the verification, you need to upload a valid copy (photo/scan) of the prescription. There are three methods that could be best for you to handle it in the most efficient and easiest way:When you create an account with LolaDiva

2. Verification Request to Your Prescriber

Please provide us with your prescriber's name and contact information, such as email or phone number, and we will directly contact them to verify your prescription as soon as possible. As mentioned above, the Contact Lens Rule allows prescribers an eight-business-hour response time for the prescribers, and if there is no response after that, the prescription will be automatically verified. In addition, a business hour is defined as one hour between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, in the prescriber's time zone.
